Portal

For sprue removal you can use either our compact "sprue picker" EG-as1 or a more complex portal handling unit with three axis for sprue removal.

Your benefits:

• You can choose the deposit point of the sprue regardless of the Y-axis (which ist not possible with the EG-as1 because of its pivotal axis).
• By using an additional gripper system it is possible, to use suction to  grip and sort simple parts.

Chose one of the following formats::

• EG-a3P (portal handling unit with three axis)
• EG-a4C (portal handling unit with additional C-axis)
